WACUBO 2009 Annual Meeting - Business Partners
Western Association of College and University Business Officers Information Exchange Program
Patricia Oliver
Dear Business Partner: I have the pleasure of extending you an invitation to participate in the 2009 Western Association of College and University Business Officers (WACUBO) Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held from May 3 through May 6, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the great Grand America Hotel. Salt Lake is nestled in a valley at the foot of two mountain ranges - the Wasatch to the east and the Oquirrhs to the west In spring, the canyons are adorned with wildflowers, and impromptu waterfalls. During summer, hiking, rock climbing, and mountain biking are just minutes away. A blaze of brilliant foliage erupts on canyon walls in autumn. When the snow flies, it graces the slopes at ten world-class ski resorts including Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, and Solitude. Daily sunshine, low humidity, and refreshing mountain breezes combine fox a comfortable year-round climate. By exhibiting and sponsoring events at the WACUBO annual meeting, you will develop contacts with the higher education administrators who make and influence the business decisions on their campuses. These campuses encompass the thirteen western-most states in the U.S. Mexico and the western Canadian provinces. You can expect to have an opportunity to meet more than 300 higher edication administrators at each annual meeting. I encourage you to reserve space early for the "meeting in the mountains". Feel free to download an advance registration form to register now. Brochures will be available in mid-October 2008 either by mail or you will be able to download a copy from the WACUBO bomepage http://www.wacubo.org. I sincerely hope you will join us next year in Salt Lake! Please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or email if you would like additional information, or have questions regarding our program. Sincerely, Patricia Oliver |
