Early Bird Registration

March 31, 2017 is the deadline for WACUBO Institutional members to qualify for the discounted rate of $695. After this date, the cost of registration is $795. Non-members are charged the flat rate of $895.

Online Registrations

The online registration process is powered by NACUBO. Please use your NACUBO login for access. It is available here. The secure shopping cart is available for all payment options. Most forms of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

If your institution requires payment by check, click here to download and print a paper application. Please send the application and payment to Amy Barbieri at NACUBO (address provided on the application).

The Western Association of College and University Business Officers (WACUBO) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a Quality Assurance Service sponsor of continuing professional education. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit, Complaints regarding QAS program sponsors may be submitted to NASBA through its website: nasbaregistry.org.

Please notify us by checking the CPE box during registration if you would like documentation of your attendance at specific sessions during the annual conference.


Guests are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting. The most economical way to include your guest in WACUBO events is to register him/her for the conference as a guest. The guest ticket includes access to conference sessions and the exhibit hall as well as the Sunday evening opening reception and dinner, Tuesday’s luncheon, Tuesday’s Cocktail Reception and WACUBO after Dark.


Request for refunds will be honored if received by April 1, 2017 by written notification to Patricia Putnam at poliver@sandiego.edu. No refunds will be made after that date for any reason, but substitutions are permitted at any time. There is a $50 fee for all cancellations (no cancellation fee for guests if the primary registrant is also canceling.)

In the event of Annual Conference cancellation in whole or part, registrants will be notified as soon as possible by WACUBO.
