About Workshop:

Unanticipated events have the potential to negatively impact business operations. The adverse effects of these events can be minimized with proper planning and increased awareness. Business Continuity and Planning is designed to provide attendees with a holistic understanding of the management process through which they can identify and respond to possible threats and impacts to the organization. This workshop will cover the process of developing a business continuity plan, from identifying key components to specific steps to minimize threats to business operations, to the communication of the plan and plan importance.
