CPE Credentials

We will be using a tool called Conferences i/o to help us track attendance and issue CPE certificates for this workshop.

For those who wish to obtain CPE credits, please review the short tutorial video below on how our new CPE tracking software will assist you in earning your CPEs. For successful CPE tracking, WACUBO is asking that you bring a mobile device (phone or tablet) or a laptop computer to access this web-based tracking software.

Learn more and watch the brief tutorial on how Conferences i/o will work. Please note, this video was created for the WACUBO 2022 Annual Conference, but we thought it might be helpful.

CPE certificates will be sent out within 4 weeks of the conclusion of the event.

Once you arrive at each session, scan the available QR codes to access Conference i/o to check in and enter your name and the email address that you used to register. A timestamp is captured when you check in to the session

It is important to note that once a session has concluded or you have been signed out, WACUBO is unable to retroactively credit you for attending. You must check in and check out in every session to be considered eligible for CPE credit. QR codes will be available at each session room door and in rolling slide presentations throughout the conference.

In the event of a technical issue with Conferences i/o, sign-in sheets are available in every session room. These serve as a backup to your check-in and check-out times in Conferences i/o. You must complete all information on the sign-in sheets to be eligible for review of CPE credit. In the event you feel your check-in or check-out times were not recorded accurately in Conferences i/o and you did not enter your information on a sign-in sheet, please email the WACUBO Office, [email protected], immediately with your times so they can verify your attendance logs.

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual for the workshops. Salt Lake City's weather can be variable in November, with warm days and chilly mornings and evenings. We recommend you include sweaters/jackets for your trip.

Further, please note the high altitude, as well, and make every effort to stay hydrated during the conference.

Health Protocols

WACUBO will adhere to recommendations set forth by the CDC, as well as state/local/venue requirements, whichever is more strict, at the time of the event. WACUBO reserves the right to make safety-related changes as we get closer to the event.
