WACUBO Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee

Objective

Assist the Board in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion excellence throughout the WACUBO organization and in all its endeavors.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and recommendations to the Board to develop a culture of awareness around diversity, equity, and inclusion 
  • Recommend ways in which WACUBO can practice its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization
  • Create awareness around, receive input on, and socialize “WACUBO’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Excellence” aspirational statement
  • Consider diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of WACUBO programming including topics, people, and logistics.
